Kitajima Maya loves movies. And theatre and anything else that has to do with the two. She’s completely worthless in her normal every day life as she works with her mother at a ramen shop. One day, however, she finds the one thing that she might be good at: she finds acting. I really liked this anime. The animation in Glass Mask is so-so. It is an interesting story with several interesting characters. If you like stories about acting, I would suggest this one to you. Quality-wise and how well done the story was (basically from an analytical point of view), I would give this one a 7. However, how entertaining it was, gets a 9. I really enjoyed it, though this might be because I used to be a theatre major and I really like stories about newbie actors. Also, you can learn a lot from this about acting because most of what the theories in the series are legitimate.
